Aspire to Lead
Aspire to Lead is a regional leadership day aimed at supporting the development of those Young Leaders who are following the MY Leadership Academy programme. These opportunities are to encourage Leaders to improve their leadership skills, motivate them to become better Leaders and gain new knowledge and skills through workshops; some of which are only available at Aspire to Lead days.

Captains Training Day
These days have been designed to support Captains of the Leadership Academies in delivering and supporting Young leaders as they progress through the levels and areas of the Leadership Academy Programme. The workshops included will aim to give Captains additional support and confidence in the 5 areas of a Leadership Academy: MY Learning - MY Project - MY Future - MY Learning - MY Volunteering. There will also be discussion groups around engaging young leaders, case studies of successful academies and support around promoting your Academy.
