The Gymnastics for All (GfA) Day includes a range of exciting practical workshops, introducing coaches and volunteers to BG’s Gymnastics for All programmes. Whether you are interested in establishing new sessions within your club or just need new ideas for GfA sessions you already have underway, the day will include something for you. Sessions include: GymFit, FreeG, GymChallenge and Aerobics
