The 2013 Acrobatic European Championships demonstrated how Great Britain has become a world power in the sport; we re-live all the action with exclusive photos from the event. The British senior aerobic group are hoping for similar success at their European Championships in France as they aim for qualification to the inaugural European Games 2015, we caught up with all five girls and asked them about their hopes. Kelly Simm has become one of the powerhouses of the women’s artistic squad earning herself many fans within the gymnastics world, we talk to Kelly about her development through the sport and she explains how making the GBR squad has been her lifelong dream. We launch the first GymFit challenge as GfA ambassador and two-time Olympian Imogen Cairns tests out some of the brilliant GymFit exercises.

Following a sensational World Games for the British team, acrobatic gold medal winners Alice Upcott and Dominic Smith are our 'ones to watch' and we also take a look through the achievements of all the British medal winners in our photo special. The "Commonwealth countdown" begins as we chat to London 2012 bronze medallist Sam Oldham about his prospects for Team England success and plans for the future.  Meanwhile Jenni Pinches, Sam's Olympic teammate, begins the first of her regular columns telling us about how the chance to rekindle her gymnastics career in the USA was just too tempting to turn down.

The Northampton and County Amateur Athletic Club are proud to be one of the founding gymnastics clubs in Britain, now celebrating their 150th year, we took a journey back in time to find out more.

We take a look through the lens of esteemed sports photographer Eileen Langsley who shares some of her magical images and tells us what it takes to be at the very top of the profession. With a year gone since London 2012 we chat to two young gymnasts - Brinn Bevan and Tyesha Mattis - both clearly inspired by the Olympics they now look ahead to Rio 2016, whilst trampoline turned DMT star Nicole Short talks about the forthcoming World Games.
