Yeah I'm doing AQA too. I heard to do trampolining was really easy - a ten bounce routine. But i never heard anything about the difficulty of each move... my teacher mentioned seat drops, etc. Pretty basic. I have yet to get the syllabus for gymnastics. hopefully, it will be kinda easy!

There's an 180 odd page syllabus here (takes some time to download at 56k):
AQA Sport & PE A&A2 Syllabus 2006 (http://www.aqa.org.uk/qual/pdf/AQA-5581-6581-W-SP-06.pdf)
For AS Page 63 is gymnastics, and trampolining is on 64.
For A2 Page 116 is gymnastics, trampolining is on page 117.
For AS Trampoline you need a 10 move routine that shows two from:
Straight, tuck, pike, straddle or 1/2 twist jump
two from:
front, back or seat drop
two from:
swivel hips, full twist, or back half twist to feet
two from:
1/2 twist to front drop, seat 1/2 twist to feet, 1/2 twist to seat, or front drop 1/2 twist to feet.
and a front somersault.
I can't be bothered to work it out:o , but... approximately Grade 6 with a somy at the end would cover it?
For A2 you need a ten bounce routine including two from:
Barani, Roller, Cat twist, or cradle
and two from:
pike back, pike front, or straight back
I'm afraid the gymnastics stuff's all meaningless to me!
If it's 2005 you need, it's here: http://www.aqa.org.uk/qual/pdf/AQA-5581-6581-W-SP-05.pdf

Hey!
We do Edexcel at my school. We have to do isolated moves up to a somi (front and back) and have to do up to a handspring vault. We have to do a floor routine as well and if we can do better moves than they ask for we can submit a video of us doing our hardest moves so we get full marks.
I'm really cross though because I have to do the writen coursework instead of the practical because I'm injured, unless I can do all the moves by Xmas:(
