Sports Aerobics Grades

Hiya, just wondering if anyone knew where I could find the requirements for the Sports Aerobics Grades that were held a while back. Cheers, Pinxi x

Graham Davies will have them, plus there is a cd rom thingy that shows an example of a gymnast doing the range and conditioning requirement for each grade.

Are you thinking of doing them?
