What takes so long???

Why does it take so long to get course results from BG? Several of us are waiting on club coach and judge results from early November and when someone else on the course phoned they were told they are in the bottom of the intray so it will probably be another week yet (that'll be after Christmas then!).
Now we are all paying such exorbitant fees surely they could get someone in to help with the paperwork if it's piling up that badly:rolleyes:

I'm assuming that you are awaiting results from Nov 04. Well beat this! I am waiting for judging results from the exam which I took in November 03. The club has written to BG on numerous occasions only to be passed from pillar to post with no success! What the hell is going on?

And how the hell is the sport ever going to grow if coaches can't get their results?!?!
I would like to know what BG do all the time if it takes over a year to process necessities - exam results.

that would be too much to hope for. i did my club coach cause last sept/oct and had to wait until march for the exam i then had to wait another couple of monthes for the actual official results which meant it was over 6 months from doing the cause to getting conformation of passing it is rediculus

I took the TRA club judge exams in October 03 and it took til June 04 for the results to come through. They told me that I had passed but couldn't give me the certificates til I had paid my membership. Why didn't they just ask for it before I did the course!!! I don't think it helps though that sometimes the course directors take ages to mark the exams cos they can't be bothered!!!

Ha I thought I was the only one who hadn't had theirs, because I always lose things, I thought I had lost it and was about to call them. How many other coaches havn't had their payment forms yet.

I emailed them about insurance renewal notices and they havn't bothered to reply to that either. What exactly are they doing?

Mind you, they are blaming our 15 month wait for results on our region - saying that they havn't recieved the results.

But either way they want £60 membership from me and what are they doing for me exactly?
