Dunno about the FIG but there are, apparently, some changes to some of the NDP tumbling. As soon as I know them I'll post again.

I think the FIG code is stayin the same. I downloaded the COP recently and it doesn't look like any changes have been made.
The NDP tumbles were changed at the beginning of this year, I think. The kids at my club are working them now for the Regionals. They have really stupid tumbles that aren't at all progressional like RO - flic - flic - 1/2 turn - dive forward roll - straight jump - cartwheel - backward roll (OK, so I made that one up, but the actual tumbles are equally as stupid). I dunno if they're available on the internet, but I doubt it.
[EDIT] I just found them on British Gymnastics South's website. Here's the link to the file: http://www.bgasouth.co.uk/NDPTumbling2005.xls

I've just been contacted by a friend who's club has just returned from a tumbling competition and informed me that the tumble runs I have listed for levels 3 and 4 (not sure whether she means Regional or National) are different from those given at the competition! I've checked mine against an acro newsletter and they're the same!
Also one of their gymnasts missed out on a medal for not using a springboard: I was not aware that springboards were now compulsory, which is what the club were informed at the competition.
Can anyone out there "in the know" point me in the right direction for a definitive answer on this?
Thanks

There isn't any requirement to use a springboard in the FIG COP. Perhaps your friend was using a modified Code.
If you write what you have listed for the NDP levels 3 and 4 passes someone might be able to help you out with where you could be going wrong. Have you checked the link I provided above?
Also, just to correct what I wrote above, there has been a new COP introduced in Trampoline, although the modifications to Tumbling aren't all that significant.

Thanks for the reply Joe. The levels I was checking was the Regional ones but have had the answer - the list I have is correct! I can only assume the people running the competition had amended the levels for their competition but that the club competing didn't know. Not helpful, especially as a gymnast lost out on a medal because of it: and it was only supposed to be a "friendly" competition
