Just a quick question about conditioning; do you do yours during a training session, after or on separate days from training.

cool. Cos I was wondering if I should do more to improve my moves etc and wondered if people thought it was better to do it at the end or throughout the session, so you ar continuosly working. And which is better bed conditioning or floor for improving height.

Elliot, what sort of bed conditioning do you do? Is it timed bounces? Or something else?http://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberforum/images/icons/icon7.gif

Are there any guidelines on how many hours you should train depending on the age of the gymnast, and where can these guidelines be found?

I`m not too sure about the age related training, but more so time put in against standard/level of performer
