what is rythmic gym exactly? i thought is was just like dance so why does it come under gymnastics?

If you have a look at our club's website under "About us" there is a great section all about RG with some photos to illustrate. The discipline is very balletic and requires immense eye, hand and body skill. It is more than just a bit of a dance.
