I have borrowed some great books from the library showing progressions into early moves but all of them are restricted to the old moves for the close-up "high and low" bars rather than the newer wide-gap A/Bars. Can anyone recommend a good book or have they stopped doing them now? (I guess in law-suit land people might sue the book for forcing them to copy it...)
