Hey Guys and Gals,
As gymnasts you'll probably be more able to help with this situation. I just came first in the Individual Division at the National Cheerleading Championships and means that now i have to travel to Russia on the 1st July to compete for country at the Europeans! I don't have a clue what the standard of competition will be but i'm determined to get my Full-Twisting Layout by the time i go. Is that possible? I have a pretty stiff, neat layout and have started working the actually twist into the pit. How long did it take for you to get a full? Are their any tips/hints or insider info you could give me on making it? Any help would be great!

Well done from me too!

By the way - where in Lancashire do you train - Im in Southport, and am curious where they do high level cheerleading? I know of someone who does cheerleading in St Helens - is it there with Leanne?

Hey,
Thanks for your support, really means a lot. Cheerleading, involves tumbling, stunting (sports acro sorta stuff), dancing, jump and spirit, << thats for you pete. Hehe. I don't cheer in St. Helen's, i'm nearer Manchester, with a squad known as Phoenix Flames Elite All-Stars. There arn't that many high-level comp squads in the north, their all based in the south. Thanks again for your support. See ya'll soon.
