North Europeans

I have been meaning to go to a live competition for years but something has always got in the way. I am now all set to go to North Europeans in Lisburn, can anyone tell me who is likely to compete, has anyone been to this venue before (Laggan Valley Leisureplex) and know how big it is? I have been in their swimming pool but I don't think it will be in there somehow!! ;)

Oh, also why are most of the BG events listing left as 'details to follow' right up until and indeed after they take place? I am never sure what is going on unless I can get in touch with the host venue, and when that is not listed (for example the one handily shown as 'Newcastle') I wonder how people get there.

I think they assume that most people going will be from clubs which have gymnasts in the competitions and they will have received details of the venue, times etc.

"Newcastle" is usually the City of Newcastle Gymnastics Academy at Benfield Centre for Sporting Excellence.
