Hi Sarahlouise
Doors open at 8 on Saturday: march-on is at 9.15 with competition starting at 9.30. The day's due to finish at 7.15!
Int 4 are competing on Sunday which is a much shorter day: doors open 8.30, march on 9.45, comp starting 10 and finish about 5.30.
I'll be around the registration area in the morning and lunch-time: probably wearing a white polo shirt with "East Kent Acro" on it! Are you going to be there both days?

Just read the article about the NDP Finals on the homepage, it said something about it all changing next year ? anyone know anything about this ????
"
This competition is the last of the present cycle of the current National Development Plan. Next year we move to a new programme with different challenges as the skill and ability requirements change.
To the City of Stoke on Trent, our sincere gratitude for the invaluable financial support, and continued commitment in helping British Gymnastics provide the best possible conditions for the competition. "

Hi Dave
The NDP levels are "re-vamped" every four/five years or therabouts. When my daughter first competed she competed at "Regional A" (1993/4) which was the lowest level of the then NDP. I know that Regional A, B & C competed one routine and D and above did 2. Not sure about much else as it was changed at the end of 1994.
In 1994 the "National" levels came in - National 1-4 with "IFSA 1" as the top level (I think: wasn't that much involved at the time).
In 1998 the NDP was re-vamped again but the changes weren't that drastic for the lower levels of National 1-4: just some rationalisation of balances etc and IFSA 1 was replaced with National 5.
In 2000 the current NDP came into being.
Hope this explains things a little.
