hi, i coach a developmnt team gym of 6-10 year olds who train 4 hrs a week. they r at the level of: learning fliks, most can bakward walkover, front somis of floor tramp etc.
how much of their training do u think i shld spend conditioning and stretching?
hw much work shld be spent on basics (eg handstands, walkovers)
how can i motivate the girls so they want to do it? how cAn u convince gymnasts u dont just make them condition and stretch to b mean?
does anyone no any fun but good conditioning i could get them doing?
