Last night i was out happily bouncing on my back garden trampoline. My brother came home from playing out with his mates and joined me on the trampoline. We were taking it in turns and getting each other to do different moves and stuff. I asked him if he could do a cat twist, but he didn't understand and asked me to demonstrate. He stood on the frame while i did this, but i was kind of at a different angle to which i bounce normally, so rather than spotting the house as i went into my back drop i saw fence, and somehow got a bit confuddled subconsciously and managed to fling myself over and so when i hit the trampoline i kept rolling. I ended up with my bum on the corner of the trampoline, with my foot on the fence behind me, a hand on one of the legs, and i was wedged with the other arm and leg waving about! By the way - i was wedged upside down because i fell backwards! I told Mike (my brother) to grab hold of my foot until i could get a hold of the frame with my other hand, then told him just to throw my foot over my head ... It worked, i landed on my feet, on the grass, but i don't think the squashed plants and bushes infront of the fence are too happy!!!
