What do you haev to do at trials?! just go thru routines and get judged and stuff?! There must eb a lot of pressure on you to get it right! Worse than a comp at a guess because the effects are goin to be with you or longer!
Well good luck gallys, do your best!

sounds a little scary!! and i've seen the national coach in action!! hehe i go to school with her daughter too! I'm sure you'll do great though!
I don't do trails and things, I'm in a team gym squad and as it happens the only one in our county..... the only one in the region and well the only one either not rediculoulsy noth or south in the country!! hehe
The national squad is made up of whichever team wins the british championships! and I'm saddened to say that wasn't us!
Speaking of our british team thoguth they should all be wished good luck as they're shooting off to Austria for the Europeans in a couple of months!!
Good luck to everyone trials and competitions alike! :D

kinda..... but then we send two team through provided they score over 23 so OLGA are the other british team! only just lost to portsmouth too, was a very close fight! but it can't be the same as a normal national squad beacuse it doesn't take the absolute best from everywhere.... floor routines would be hellish to make up if they didnt see much of each other! not to mention team gym isn't really well enough known to have a recognised squad like that! :(

Hi,
Has anybody got the results from World Class Squad Trials yet!
Well done to all the girls who were entered for the trials. I watched the senior and juniors on the Saturday and the espoirs on the Sunday. It was good to see a few new faces with the Sunday group. If anybody has any info on the squad could you please let us know.
Thanks.

Don't know how long it usually takes for rhythmic but the boys squad testing results took about 6 weeks to come out as they need to assess all the results before they can issue them.

As ever there is shock, disappointment mixed with the happiness and relief.
Congratulations to all the girls who gained places in the world class sqauds.
To those who just missed out, keep working hard and you will get there I am sure.
