Nice one Kelly, I got 81 for form and 80 for theory so you thoroughly beat me and I did finally get my certificate through the post 3 weeks ago for a course that was October last year:rolleyes: !!

Good luck with your course Bronagh :D
Where's it being held at, and who's your course tutor?
Ok Lucy, now here is the REAL competition ... I did my course on the 23rd/24th July 2005 - lets see how long it will take for my official results to come through the post!!!
I wonder if good old BG will be 'down' to their usual standards (no offence or anything BG!!!).

Tis an odd thing... I got my certificate quite quickly. But I never got told what marks I got.

To be honest I don't want to know because although the practical was ok I just felt grateful enough to have passed the theory bit. :)

All the results from our course are on the Ministry of Air site. I assume that's just the courses that are run by the coach from there though so other results may not be there.
Apparently there was some problem with one persons BG membership on our course so everyone in the group had to wait. I had the same on my first coaching course, they wouldn't release the results as they hadn't recieved all the fees from the school that ran the course so again we all had to wait longer than usual to get the results.

The levo cup is held in Sweden, [trampoline and DMT comp] I did it 2 years ago, a very friendly comp it was too. This year I`m doing the friendship cup held in Prague first weekend in September.http://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberforum/images/icons/icon7.gif

Bronagh Patterson

Hi, well I`ve competed in the Czech Republic. It was a nice comp not too big and it was good to speak to our european cousins some who I have met in previous comps.http://80.68.90.51/memberforum/images/icons/icon7.gif
I managed to get 4th place and 4th place in the synchro, although placement doesn`t really reflect performance, but I`m not complaininghttp://80.68.90.51/memberforum/images/icons/icon10.gif
Might get a run out sometime in november in Belgium!http://80.68.90.51/memberforum/images/icons/icon7.gif

Thanks Kelly, I even managed to get my passport stamped,http://80.68.90.51/memberforum/images/icons/icon7.gif and thats really differcult these dayshttp://80.68.90.51/memberforum/images/icons/icon8.gif

Kelly Jordan
11th September 2005, 07:42 PM
Bronagh ... You have to get on a plane to get to N.Ireland, the people are great and the accents practically count as a different language ... English is spoken everywhere in the world ... It counts :p lol
And Pete - A STAMPED PASSPORT?!?!
Are you joking?!?!
I've had my passport for 1 and 3/4 years and been to 4 or 5 countries in that time (two of them twice) and only got my passport stamped once
So well done - it's quite an achievement!!! :D

peter edge

Kelly,
every time I ask I always feel that you are going to get waved through or get waved in for a body searchhttp://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberforum/images/icons/icon9.gif[usually hurry through!Dont fancy the search!!http://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberforum/images/icons/icon7.gif]
I dont really see the point in all those pages if they dont stamp the damn things!!http://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberforum/images/icons/icon11.gif

Kelly Jordan
12th September 2005, 10:45 PM
Quite agree Pete - it's just depressing having an empty passport!
No pages = no problem!
On the way out to Madeira, when we went through customs at Manchester Airport, i got searched because i "looked dodgy" - i didn't even set the metal detector thing off or anything!
Oops!

Just realised this thread is called Judging Course or something? Well big up to BG - i did my course on the 23rd/24th July and my results came while i was away on holiday (22nd August - 5th September) ... *claps hands*
