Just been on the Heathrow Sports Aerobics website. Looks like it would be fun actually. But I gather it's mainy (or entirely?) a female sport?

Mainly female! But we have a male! And he is absolutely amazing! :) but theres quite a few males in the rec 1/2 of our club.
