Is anyone interested in posting coaching points? Useful tips? discussing biomechanics of specific skills? If you are post then here.

For example, I've found that I get better top from my pupils if I count when they as they leave the bed rather than when they begin the landing phase.

I have loads of little tips i have developed over the years... I've been around a lot of gymnasts across the world, and i know that the first thing that needs to be developed is team ethos, in my team, we're so strong, thats a tip that keeps the team healthy and goign strong, not that i needed to tell you that. As far as biomechanics go, i explain the moves to them in that concept and they soon get the idea and improve as a result, one important thing i do is count the same for everyone! What i want to know, is do you guys have any funding tips... we've done beach style car washes, and cookie sales and stuff like that, but we need to start earning mega cash because i'm taking the team to Australia and America in the same year. Any help would be great! Thanks

You could try awards for all. They might fund one off events if you frame it right.

Local Rotary Club or Lions will often help for one-off "high profile" projects.

Bag packing in the local superstore, I think you have to write in and then if you are lucky you get a slot. A friend of mine raised about a thousand pounds for his club, he said it was hard work but how else can raise that sort of money in 6 hours?http://80.68.90.51/memberforum/images/icons/icon10.gif
