Recently, this forum has gone very quiet - so, i was just wondering, how is everyone doing?
Hope life is treating you all fairly!
And the old bouncing is going well!

Not too bad as you've probably seen (if not see the injuries thread). We've got lots of promising freshers who seem pretty keen and very enthusiastic. It makes up for not being able to bounce (well a bit;) ). I've also gone from no job to some temp assignments and about 4 interviews lined up so things are definitely on the up.

Bronagh you're not thinking of going into A&E or orthopaedics are you? We could really do with few more sports minded people in that area. My new gym instructor (who has also been discharged from casualty with a knee sprain in the past...at least they gave me crutches) suggested that if I ever have to head for casualty again try changing into non sports clothes, splashing a bit of beer on yourself and say you tripped in the pub!
Don't forget to warm your stethoscope;)

Well... I've just moved into a new flat on Friday and start at my new job tomorrow. :)

And trampolining... ehm... it's possible to still enjoy trampolining while being too much of a fearty to actually somersault or anything like that. :o

If it's used up all it's bandwidth by the fourth of the month, it must have been popular!

worldtramp.com has keeled over as well, they mentioned having problems with hackers before they disappeared.http://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberforum/images/icons/icon8.gif

It doesn't matter what day of the month it is, the monthly bandwith allowance on freewebs starts on the day of the month the site was first created and is re-set after 1 month.

I didn't manage to get online at all yesterday, and so only read your messages earlier ... The site will be up and running on the 11th November (or so i am told), the bandwidth was exceeded by over half - oops! So unfortunately i've had to select the option of more sponsering to allow for more badwidth - we will have to see how it goes. Currently i don't get any pop-ups or anything, but i don't know if that's the same for everyone. I've been able to spread the pages out, because we can now have 20 - which is great - and i've added a photo album too ... So i need to get more photos!!! Anyway, take care all!!!

You want to be careful with photos - they will eat your bandwidth even more!

Currently i don't get any pop-ups or anything It must be a perk of being the administrator/owner.http://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberforum/images/icons/icon7.gif

I don't - but I do get a little yellow bar advising me about a blocked pop up on the browser. I do still get the flashover on the forum - anyone found a way around them (apart from getting rid of flash)?

I don't think it's being the administrator ... I think it's Norton :D - it's great!

You're not the only one! I haven't got a clue why it's not working - freewebs haven't got back to me, but on my account it says that everything has been re-set so it should be working! Argh!!!

If you want , copy the whole site onto my webspace. At least it would get it running in some form in the meantime, until you get things sorted. (Even if nobody would know the address...)
