ive just created a freewebs website for our gym club. do you know how to get the forums and guest books on im struggling

Bravenet also do forums, as well as guest books and other stuff, but the advertising is a bit more in your face: http://www.bravenet.com/

Another place for guestbooks is http://www.efreeguestbooks.com/, but I don't know how good they are.

For more sites offering either, search on "remotely hosted" forums or guestbooks
