Whats happening to the British Championships Next Year ???

Hi All,
I was at the British Championships on Sunday 26th March and the chap doing the announcements said that this year was the last British Championships as of next year something else thats more expensive will be put in its place anyone know what this is ?

The chap doing the announcing (Mervyn) actually said that it was HIS last British, because BG has introduced a National scheme, across all disciplines, that provides announcing & scoring, the competition will continue as before.
