Ok looking for some good advice on some Coonditioning exercises for my club.. we have been doing a small warm up/conditiong for a few months. I'm now looking to moving it up a gear to start pushing some of our club members that have a lot of potential. However its never been a big part of club (normally i'm the one that not to keen on it) so i feel its my job to starting making it more important. I talkign specific exericses and drills. Not just general ideas..
Cheers

Hi Simon
Get the details for badges 10-15 they have conditioning requirements, you could create a program out of the elements.

there the basic ones i have been using . but they are basic and could do with a bit more infomration as to which areas they are working..
What i really need is exercises 'abc' will help improve there line outs, 'def' with work kicks outs etc.....
Not 15 crunches, 10 tucks , hold crash for 5... I would like a better explanion of specificly they are working ..

Just a few ideas ...
*bounces with arms up
*bounces with arms out to the side
*bounces with arms down by side
*bounces with arms out in front
Body must be tight all the time, and arms always straight
*flat back bounces, front bounces and seat bounces all with shapes - tuck, straddle and pike
On seat bounces arms must go up before making the shape and touching legs/toes
*shape bounces where you do the shape twice and have to try and line-out
*shape bounces but arms must stay by your side
*shape bounces but arms must stay out to the side
Can't remember half of the ideas i had, but hope they are of some help
