Hello Trampoline Friends,
Would you like to take part in the first Internet Trampoline Competition?
How it works..... send in, or upload, your best 'SET ROUTINE' and after moderation checks, it will then be added to the Internet Competition.
The competition groups are 'any age group', 'Mens', 'Ladies', 'Open' and Closed' and under '15s' male and female. No need to be a member. Certificates of Merit will be awarded and Cash prizes. We are looking for Quality Form, good maintenance of height throughout routine, good exits (from somersaults) with strong hold of body lines and good safe and stable landings - without travel, cast or gain.

Remember that the video must be a new clip - so the competiton code (found at web site) must be on display.
