Payment Information and Fees

Administration fee
All BG disclosures are subject to an administration fee, irrespective of whether the applicant is in a voluntary or paid position. The standard administration fee is £15.00 however this is discounted to £10.00 for BG members.

Enhanced CRB check (charged by CRB) £36.00

(This charge does not apply if the applicant is a volunteer* in the position to which the disclosure applies)

• All cheques and postal orders must be made payable to British Gymnastics and sent to BG with the CRB application form.
• Purchase orders will be accepted with a valid Purchase order note.
• British Gymnastics is unable to invoice without receiving an initial Purchase order.

* The CRB define a volunteer as: "A person who performs any activity which involves spending time, unpaid (except for travelling and other out-of-pocket expenses), doing something which aims to benefit someone (individuals or groups) other than or in addition to close relatives".
