organisations within England and Wales.

criminal records disclosure process in their respective countries.

Payment Information and Fees
Administration fee
All BG disclosures are subject to an administration fee, irrespective of whether the applicant is in a voluntary or paid position. The standard administration fee is £15.00 however this is discounted to £10.00 for BG members.
Fees from 1st October 2009:
Enhanced CRB check (charged by CRB) £36.00
(This charge does not apply if the applicant is a volunteer* in the position to which the disclosure applies)
BG Administration Fee £15.00 - discounted to £10.00 for British Gymnastics Members.
(All BG disclosures are subject to the administration fee, irrespective of whether the applicant is in a voluntary or paid position).
• All cheques and postal orders must be made payable to British Gymnastics and sent to BG with the CRB application form.
• Purchase orders will be accepted with a valid Purchase order note.
• British Gymnastics is unable to invoice without receiving an initial Purchase order.

The use of CRB plays a vital role in helping to protect young people and vulnerable adults in our sport.
* The CRB define a volunteer as: "A person who performs any activity
which involves spending time, unpaid (except for travelling and other
out-of-pocket expenses), doing something which aims to benefit someone
(individuals or groups) other than or in addition to close relatives".
