British Gymnastics wishes to announce the results of a Special General Meeting, which was called to consider the Constitutional changes to the Association’s Articles. This General Meeting took place on Friday 8th June 2012, at the Telford International Centre in Shropshire.
At the Meeting, 125 Proxy Votes were tabled and 15 Votes were received in person.
For the proposed changes to be approved, 75% or more of the Votes cast (Proxy and in person) were required. The official results were:
