The NIA in Birmingham will be hosting the British Trampolining, Tumbling and DMT Championships once again on the weekend - 7^th and 8^th of July.

Britain’s very best gymnasts will be battling it out for the coveted British title's as non-stop action with high-flying somersaults and twists in the spectacular individual and synchronized trampoline events, is mixed with mind-blowing fast paced tumbling and the dynamic double-mini trampoline (DMT), giving the crowd a real feast of gymnastics to cheer on.

With the trampoline discipline of gymnastics represented at the Olympic Games, GB’s frontrunner for the Olympics Kat Driscoll is sure to appreciate the home support in the final event before London.

Likewise following outstanding performances across all three disciplines at the recent European Championships with GBR winning 4 gold, 6 silver and 6 bronze medals, all of the top gymnasts will be keen to once again show the home crowd the exceptional talent this country is producing.

Martin Laws, trampoline technical committee chair: “We are expecting another electrifying and record breaking audience again this year, as our finals will be showcasing the very best in all our disciplines - just 34 competitors short of our record breaking event last year, it still proves to be a massive show.

It was fantastic last year to see so many gymnasts given the opportunity to compete at the British finals, at such a huge spectacular event and this year it will be even slicker as we have now become very practiced with 2011 World Championships and Olympic test event successes, so our volunteer team are as skilled and ready one again put on a great show”
