An exciting sport consisting of jumps with somersaults and twists in the air.
Rhythmic Gymnastics
An all female sport using rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon integrated into
a dance and gymnastic routine.
Aerobic Gymnastics
Aerobic Gymnastics is a form of gymnastics closely related to dance and fitness
exercises.
Acrobatic Gymnastics
Performed to music with either pairs, trios or fours doing balance, acrobatics
and tumbling.
General Gymnastics
Embodies all forms of gymnastics and is mainly non-competitive offering opportunities
to take part in displays and festivals.
Disability Gymnastics
Specially adapted activities in all of the above forms of disciplines.
TeamGym
A competitive form of general gymnastics for teams of 6 to 12 gymnasts
competing on floor, trampette and the tumbling track.
Pre-School
Pre-school Gymnastics develops co-ordination, confidence and movement skills
in a fun gymnastics environment!
