Exeter Trampoline Academy (ETA) started in 2016 and is a fast growing trampoline club with it’s own facility in Exeter. We currently operate with 6 trampolines and 1 DMT with over 300 members, 50 of which are competitive. ETA is a very fun and dynamic club with great future potential. Classes that we will offer in the new premises:
Recreational trampoline classes to all ages
Recreational double mini trampoline classes
Competitive trampoline classes
Competitive double mini trampoline classes
Recreational gymnastics classes to all ages
Tots classes for age 2-4
Home education trampoline classes
Adult classes
Rebound therapy sessions for disabilities
Trampoline parties
Classes for primary and secondary schools
Strength and conditioning classes
Sports psychology 

Job Description: 
You will be coaching children from age 18 months to adults and from recreational to inter-national level. You will be given your own groups to develop most of which will be competitive. Job duties:
Coach trampolining, gymnastics and double mini trampoline to all ages and abilities appropriate to your coaching level.
Lead warm up and cool downs when required
Coach sessions as per British Gymnastics and ETA guidelines and policies
Maintaining safety and cleanliness within the club at all times
Liaising with parents about performance of children
Keep up to date records of progress of children
Follow certificate structure of ETA
Liaise with head coach to submit gymnasts for competitions
Coach children at competitions
Maintain welfare and safeguarding within the club as per British Gymnastics
Participate in training for job role
Pass on information between administration team, head coach and parents of members. 
Coach all holiday camps required
Set up and pack down any equipment safely
Responsibility of other coaches when Head Coach is not there
Plan and lead the performance of all squad groups – liasing with S&C team, physios etc
Entries to competitions

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills – this will be very important as you will be speaking to children and their parents on behalf of ETA as well as other coaches
Good time keeping skills
Must be a fast learner with great organisational skills 
Must be responsible and a good role model 
Physically fit enough to cope with the demands of the job (moving equipment and manual handling children for safety etc.)
Flexible with working hours and reliable
UKCC Level 3 Trampoline coach minimum
Rebound Therapy qualified (desirable not essential)
DMT Coach qualified (desirable not essential)

Job Hours:
Regular coaching hours 39 hours a week. 
Occasional cover may be required
Competitions: regional, SES, English and Championships
All future coaching courses, DBS, safeguarding, first aid and British Gymnastics membership will be paid for by employee unless agreed otherwise with Polly Buzza-Johns in writing. 

Extra Pay For:

Pay is £20,000-£28,000/year depending on qualifications and experience plus 28 days paid holiday per year. ETC could also contribute to relocation costs.
