MAG Open Day 4 - Venue: South Essex GC. Date: 16.06.2016. Time: 12pm – 5pm. Coaches: Matt Jackson, Anthony Wise & Sam Hunter. Programme Information: Elite grades and development. The main training principles, trampoline, basics, conditioning – then P bars, H/S bar, Pommel – then others apparatus on request. Useful for coaches looking at creating a full programme to support the overall development moving into and out of competition phases. Opportunities for supporting requests and discussions with coaches. The main group to observe will be the Level 0 – Level 3 gymnasts who are coached by Anthony Wise. Advanced recreation and older groups including senior gymnasts will also be training. Club Information: South Essex Gymnastics Club. Providing opportunity for all in a safe fun environment. A long history of success from Women, Rhythmic and Men. Good programmes in each discipline. Recently the Men’s programme has seen two of its members represent GB at the world championships where the team won a silver medal. Also home to the first ever male world champion. Basildon, Essex, SS143GR. ELIGIBILITY: Delegates must be a recognised UKCC Level 1 in Men's Artistic Gymnastics to attend the MAG Performance Pathway Open Days.
