Session 5 – Virtual assessment and professional discussion (Logbook and practical video to be submitted 2 weeks before the professional discussion)

Things to note

You must be able to attend all course dates AND assessment date listed above in full. You will lose your place if you arrive late or leave early or miss a session. PLEASE CHECK THE DATES AND TIMES BEFORE ENROLLING – transfer fees will be incurred if you need to move any days to a different course or assessment date. You must join the course on a PC or laptop with camera and mic, which must be working and used. Mobile devices do not support the platform functionality and you will not be able to attend the course. This is a live interactive course and requires all dates to be completed in the correct order. Your logbook will be sent to your home address approximately one week before the course starts, please ensure your full up to date address is on your account. Cancellation charges: Less than 30 days, but at least 16 days prior to the course : 50% of the course fee. Less than 16 days prior to the course start date : 100% of the course fee. No refunds of fees will be permitted once the course has started for any reason, including early withdrawal from a course or non-attendance. Course places cannot be transferred to another learner. Your assessment date is approx. 12 weeks after day 4 of the course, your logbook and video will need to be submitted 2 weeks before this date. Charges will apply if you cannot attend the assessment date, please ensure you plan your time between the course and assessment to ensure you are prepared. You will receive communication from us via email at the point of booking, 30 days before the course start date, 16 days before the course start date and 7 days before the course start date. Please check your junk mail / clutter if you think you have not received these emails.
