Session 5 – Virtual assessment and professional discussion (Logbook and practical video to be submitted 2 weeks before the professional discussion)

You must be able to attend all course dates listed above in full. If you are late or leave early you will lose your place. PLEASE CHECK THE DATES AND TIMES BEFORE ENROLLING. Missing any date of the course will result in you being removed from the course. You will need to re book and pay again for a new course. This is a live interactive course and requires all dates to be completed in the correct order. Your logbook will be sent to your home address approximately one week before the course starts, please ensure your full up to date address is on your account. Cancellation charges: Less than 30 days, but at least 16 days prior to the course – 50% of the course fee. Less than 16 days prior to the course start date – 100% of the course fee. No refunds of fees will be permitted once the course has started for any reason, including early withdrawal from a course or non-attendance You will receive communication from us via email at the point of booking, 30 days before the course start date, 16 days before the course start date and 7 days before the course start date.
