Session 5 – Virtual assessment and professional discussion (Logbook and practical video to be submitted 2 weeks before the professional discussion)

Things to note
You must join the course on a PC or laptop with camera and mic, which must be working and used. Mobile devices and chrome books do not support the platform functionality and you will not be able to attend the course.
You must be able to attend all course dates and assessment date listed above in full. If you are late or leave early you will lose your place. PLEASE CHECK THE DATES AND TIMES BEFORE ENROLLING.
Missing any date of the course will result in you being removed from the course. You will need to re book and pay again for a new course. This is a live interactive course and requires all dates to be completed in the correct order.
On the course you will be required to complete a log book, e-learning and an assessment video which must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the assessment date.
Cancellation charges: Less than 30 days, but at least 16 days prior to the course – 50% of the course fee. Less than 16 days prior to the course start date – 100% of the course fee. No refunds of fees will be permitted once the course has started for any reason, including early withdrawal from a course or non-attendance
You will receive communication (to the email address on your account) at the point of booking, then 28, 16 and 7 days before the course start date. Your invite to assessment email will be sent approximately 10 weeks before your assessment. Please check your junk mail / clutter if you think you have not received these emails or contact your course organiser. eLearning will be added to your academy 28 days before the course start date.
