Delivery Method

Two virtual tutor-led sessions followed by a live virtual assessment. There will be approximately two weeks between the course dates and assessment dates to allow you to practise and reflect on the course material.

Please note to join the course you must do so on a laptop or computer. Unfortunately, mobile devices do not support the platform functionality and you will not be able to fully engage with the course. If a mobile device is your only option, please contact your course organiser as this will affect your ability to take part in the online course.

You must be able to attend all course dates and assessment date listed above in full. If you are late or leave early you will lose your place. PLEASE CHECK THE DATES AND TIMES BEFORE ENROLLING. Missing any date of the course will result in you being removed from the course. You will need to re book and pay again for a new course. This is a live interactive course and requires all dates to be completed in the correct order. Cancellation charges: Less than 30 days, but at least 16 days prior to the course – 50% of the course fee. Less than 16 days prior to the course start date – 100% of the course fee. No refunds of fees will be permitted once the course has started for any reason, including early withdrawal from a course or non-attendance You will receive communication from us via email at the point of booking, 30 days before the course start date, 16 days before the course start date and 7 days before the course start date. Please check your junk mail / clutter if you think you have not received these emails. Your eLearning will be added to the Academy 28 days before the course start date.
