Manual Handling Training from Opus Safety introduces gymnastics clubs to the hazards and risks involved in manual handling in a gymnastics environment and outlines what to expect from a manual handling risk assessment. It will enable British Gymnastics club members to develop safer manual handling techniques in the gymnastics environment.
