Who is this Aimed at:

This on line course is aimed at coaches, club staff and volunteers who are involved in club activities. It aims to give you an overview of why equality is important in your club and in the work you do.

What To Expect:

This an e learning module which should take you around 45 to 60 minutes to complete.

Outcomes:

This course aims to raise your level of awareness and knowledge surrounding equality and inclusion at work and help you understand the practical application of the Equality Act. By the end of this course you should be able to: . Explain why equality and inclusion is important to you and your club. 2. Demonstrate what is expected of you and your club. 3. Understand the key provisions of the Equality Act 2010 and to whom it applies. 4. Explain the different types of discrimination and the definitions of harassment, bullying and victimisation.
