British Gymnastics online entry and payment system is the method of placing competition entries to all National events. All club secretaries who are registered to use the British Gymnastics self service portal will be able to access the system immediately. For those that have not previously used Self Service please contact our Membership department on 0845 1297129 to register.

To enter an online competition please click on the' Gymnet' icon. Log in by using your membership number and password (issued by the Membership Services Department), and then click on ‘about my club’ on the left, followed by ‘Event Entry’ also on the left. From the discipline box ‘click’ on the discipline of the competition you are entering i.e Trampoline Gymnastics – apply filter (click on icon on the right). A list of events will appear – find the event and then click on it. To select a gymnast or coach click on the 'include' box next to their name. When you have completed your selection click on to 'Save'.

Payment is easy and you can choose between online card payments or by sending a cheque to British Gymnastics with a copy of your entry summary. If a gymnast or coach is not listed please check that they have the relevant current membership level.
