NOTICE OF CHANGE TO REGIONAL AFFILIATION

Would clubs please note the change to the collection of club regional affiliation fees.
A proposal to change the collection of fees by the regional subcommittee was approved by the Regional executive at a management meeting on Wednesday 3rd May 2017.
The new procedure of collection will result in each club receiving an invoice for all primary bronze and silver members as at 31st July. A listing of members will be issued by British Gymnastics and an invoice will be raised and sent to each club at the beginning of August.
Clubs are required to remit payment (cleared funds) by no later than 30th September.
Failure to do so will result in a penalty being imposed.
All clubs will receive a letter detailing the new process which is hoped will reduce administration as only one payment per year will be received.
