2014 UK School Games

The 2014 Sainsbury's School Games is a multi-sport event for the UK's elite young athletes of school age. The competition took place from the 4th – 7th September in Manchester and re-enforces the experience of Olympic and Paralympic Games complete with Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
The gymnastics competition saw representatives from the Home Countries of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland compete in both Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics. The England Men’s Team comprised of six gymnasts all aged between 12 and 18 in the year of competition with five girls competing in the Women's Team, aged between 12 and 15.
