The GfA day includes a range of exciting practical workshops, introducing coaches and volunteers to BG’s Gymnastics for All programmes. Whether you are interested in establishing new sessions within your club or just need new ideas for GfA sessions you already have underway, the day will include something for you.
Sessions include GymFit, Bounce (coming soon for trampolining!), GymChallenge, Festivals/ Display Gymnastics and an Introduction to TeamGym.
The day costs just £15 per person. Full timetable, contact information and booking forms are available above, with a booking deadline of Friday 8th August 2014.
