SPECTATOR NOTICE
Please be aware of some minor road closures and diversions that will be in place on Sunday 29 March 2015 due to The Liverpool Half Marathon being staged in the city.
Access to the Echo Arena Car park will be maintained at all times. Athletes and customers should be mindful that they should allow extra time for their journeys taking account of:
Travelling from the North: There will be a closure of the Strand from 08.55am until 09.30am whilst runners depart from the waterfront and this will affect traffic travelling towards the Echo Arena.
Traffic travelling from the south will not be able to access the waterfront via Jericho lane. A diversionary route via Aigburth Road to Park Road will bring all traffic towards the waterfront via the bottom of upper parliament street.
Traffic travelling from the East ( M62) should follow signs for The Waterfront and in case of encountering diversions please follow signage for Waterfront and Arena access.
All routes will be back to normal from 12 Noon with outbound journeys being unaffected.
N.B. All competing gymnasts should contact their coach who will confirm your arrival as per the Men's and Women's British Championships 2015 Work Plan.
