British Gymnastics NI are pleased to announce that we will be hosting the British Gymnastics Northern Ireland Adults Gymnastics Competition on Sunday 20th January 2019 at Flight Gymnastics Academy, Ballycraig Business Park, Newtownabbey.

Who is this aimed at
This is open to any clubs British Gymnastics registered clubs.

Gymnasts aged 18 years old and above.

Competition type:
Adults competition but the following competition types are covered:
Men’s Floor and Vault
Women’s Floor and Vault
TUM
TRA
TeamGym Level 6 and 5

Competition level:
Please note that there are various categories for entry which can see seen in the handbook & code of points document.

Competition apparatus:
Please note that there are various categories for entry which can see seen in the handbook & code of points document.

Competition gender:
All genders are welcome

How many gymnast can you enter?
The more gymnasts entered the merrier. BG coach ratios apply but if you need advice on categories and the programming for the day etc. please contact the competition organiser.

Spectators:
All are welcome.

Adult: £5.00
Child (under 16 years): £3.00
Infants (under 3 years): £0.00
