Late Entries received after the Closing Date will incur a payment of twice the normal entry fee stated for the competition (up to a max of 500, not including the original entry fee). Late Entries will only be considered up to 7 days after the Closing Date.

Judges and Officials requirements
Regional level judge required for this event.

2 - 3 gymnasts = 1 judge
4 - 6 gymnasts = 2 judges
7 - 9 gymnasts = 3 judges
10+ gymnasts = 4 judges

English Gymnastics Association (EGA) will cover the cost of accommodation/meals (only if booked by the EGA) for all selected Judges, but aren't able to cover travel expenses, this will need to be agreed between judge and club.

Any Club unable to provide the required amount of Judges/Officials for the event, will incur a fine of 150 per Judge missing, with a maximum charge of 600 for any one club at any one competition.

This fine can be added as an extra charge within GymNet. Please email engevents@englishgymnastics.org.uk to organise fee to be added to your entry where required.

Synchro entries
If gymnasts are from different clubs and entering different categories please ensure they are being entered by one club, this will avoid system errors on GymNet.

If gymnasts are competing and requiring to compete in an age group different to their own, as per handbook rules, please add the gymnast to the category on GymNet and email into engevents@englishgymnastics.org.uk with the details of the club entry, gymnast, and category so this can be overridden.
