Levels and age groupsGold & Silver Levels - all Age Groups in TRI, TRS, DMT and DIS.
9+ years and are Year Born to enter their category.
EntriesEntries are completed online - via this page.
As per handbook, only those gymnasts that qualified with the highest score through both English Qualification Series and/or the Spring Event Series, will be sent an invitation via their club from the English Committee to enter this event. If your entry is not complete by the closing date (as per this page) the space will be given to the next highest scoring gymnast in the ranking list.
Entry fees are non-refundable after the Closing Date.
Late entriesLate Entries received after the Closing Date will incur a payment of twice the normal entry fee stated for the competition (up to a max of �500, not including the original entry fee). Late Entries will only be considered up to 7 days after the Closing Date.
Judges and Officials requirementsRegional level judge required for this event.
2 - 3 gymnasts = 1 judge
4 - 6 gymnasts = 2 judges
7 - 9 gymnasts = 3 judges
10+ gymnasts = 4 judges
English Gymnastics Association (EGA) will cover the cost of accommodation/meals (only if booked by the EGA) for all selected Judges, but aren't able to cover travel expenses, this will need to be agreed between judge and club.
Any Club unable to provide the required amount of Judges/Officials for the event, will incur a fine of �150 per Judge missing, with a maximum charge of �600 for any one club at any one competition.
This fine can be added as an extra charge within GymNet. Please email
engevents@englishgymnastics.org.uk to organise fee to be added to your entry where required.
Synchro entriesIf gymnasts are from different clubs and entering different categories please ensure they are being entered by one club, this will avoid system errors on GymNet.
If gymnasts are competing and requiring to compete in an age group different to their own, as per handbook rules, please add the gymnast to the category on GymNet and email into
engevents@englishgymnastics.org.uk with the details of the club entry, gymnast, and category so this can be overridden.
