Gold & Silver Levels - all Age Groups in TRI, TRS, DMT and DIS.
Late Entries received after the Closing Date will incur a payment of twice the normal entry fee stated for the competition (up to a max of £500, not including the original entry fee). Late Entries will only be considered up to 7 days after the Closing Date.
Any Club unable to provide the required amount of Judges/Officials for the event, will incur a fine of £150 per Judge missing, with a maximum charge of £600 for any one club at any one competition. This fine can be added as an extra charge within Gymnet.
Entry fees are non-refundable after the Closing Date.

This will be confirmed in the Working Plan created for the specific venue.
