This sport is for all ages and abilities and competitions are held at all levels. Each routine consists of ten skills all joined together, so that the landing from the first skill becomes the take off for the second skill and so on. Routines include a range of complex and breathtaking twists, turns and somersaults. Trampolinists reach their peak in their late 20's, - later than gymnasts from other disciplines and the Men's and Women's World Champions are nearly 30 years old.
