First Rhythmic Competition in London for over 20 years

On Sunday 11 November at Edmonton Leisure Centre the London Rhythmic Technical Committee organised the first Rhythmic Competition in London for over 20 years.

It was the first of four Novice Competitions that will be held in London over the next year.
This competition ~ Autumn ~ was a great opportunity for the novice level one gymnasts to show their first routine in a friendly atmosphere, and for the level two gymnasts to develop their competition experience performing with the rope.

Four London clubs took part:

  • A & V Rhythmic Gymnastics Club
  • Elite Gymnastics
  • Falcon Spartak
  • London Academy of Gymnastics & Dance

Congratulations to Olga Berzing and the Rhythmic Technical Committee for bringing Rhythmic Gymnastics competitions back to London. A moist enjoyable afternoon enjoyed by the gymnasts and parents alike.

The next competition ~ Winter ~ will be the Rope Competition and will be held on Sunday 24 February 2013 at A & V Rhythmic Gymnastics Club.
