YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
As a UK based customer, should you choose to cancel your order under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations you must do so in writing within 7 days of your order arriving with you. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning them to British Gymnastics. You can return the goods to us provided they are in ‘as new’ condition, unworn/unused and in original packaging. Once your returns have been approved by our Returns team, we will then refund your order and the original shipping costs.
Any items that are not returned in an ‘as new’ condition will be not be refunded and will be set aside for you to arrange collection of within 21 days. If you would like us to return the items to you, an £9 handling & carriage cost fee will be charged.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund, this will take 5-10 days to appear in your account from the day we receive the items back in our warehouse. Your refund will show in your account as coming from Gymnastics Enterprise Ltd. We can only make refunds back to the original card or account used to purchase the goods. If you are returning an item given to you as a present, the refund will go to the person who placed the original order.

MADE A MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER?
Once an order has been placed and paid for by credit or debit card it cannot be altered. If your order status is still at ‘processing’ it can be cancelled and that order would then be refunded – and you can then reorder the correct items. Event tickets are non-refundable, so please take extra care when placing your order. Your tickets are e-Tickets so will be emailed over to you automatically when you complete and pay for your order.
