Christmas Opening Hours
GYMSHOP will be closed for the Christmas and New Year Holidays – from 12pm Monday 19th December until we reopen on Thursday 5th January 2016. Any orders placed between these dates will not be despatched until after this Christmas break. Your delivery days will start from when your order is picked and not from the day you placed your order.
Once we reopen in January, our normal working hours are 09.00-16.30 Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Express shipping will be available again from Monday 9th January 2016.
Christmas – It is no longer possible to order items for delivery before Christmas.
With orders already placed – it is impossible for us to 100% guarantee that every order will be delivered before Christmas due to issues that would be beyond our control. This includes inclement weather and any courier issue due to the sheer volume of orders they are processing at this busy time. If you ordered on a courier service, you will have received a DPD tracking number – please use this to contact DPD with any delivery queries. If you ordered on an Economy Service with the Royal Mail, they do not class anything as lost unless it has not been delivered within 14 working days.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchases but should you need to return anything to us please remember that both our Customer Service and Despatch departments are closed for the Christmas and New Year holidays. Returns will then take 5-7 working days to process.
If you need to return any Clothing or Accessories to us, we recommend you use a signed for service from 3rd January 2017 – Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service or similar is fine – as Gymshop are not responsible for any returned items until our Returns team have signed for them so you have to have proof of delivery. Please ensure you return any unsuitable Clothing or Accessories purchased as gifts from 01/12/16 to 20/12/16 before January 17th 2017.
All returns must be in as-new condition, in original packaging and (for clothing) with any tags and labels. British Gymnastics takes no responsibility for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit, and will not refund or replace such items. If lost, it is your responsibility to make a claim against your courier service. If returned damaged or used, we will set the items aside for you to arrange collection.
When returning goods from outside the UK you must attach a customs declaration describing the goods as ‘British Returned Goods’ only. If you do not do this you will have to you pay import duty – British Gymnastics will not pay these charges so your parcel would be returned to you by Customs.
