As a UK based customer, should you choose to cancel your order under the terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations you must do so within 14 days of your order arriving with you. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning them to British Gymnastics. You can return the goods to us provided they are in ‘as new’ condition, unworn/unused and in original packaging. Once your returns have been approved by our returns team, we will then refund your order and the original shipping costs if the whole order was sent back.



Items such as hoodies, t-shirts and water bottles that have been personalised are excluded from our 14 day returns policy. Any text based personalisation orders will be produced as entered on the order. We cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors or ommissions made when placing the order. 

Any leotards returned with hygiene seals removed/broken will not be accepted and we reserve the right to charge the postage costs to return the item to you.

Any items that are not returned in an ‘as new’ condition will be not be refunded and will be set aside for you to arrange collection of within 21 days. If you would like us to return the items to you, an £9 handling & carriage cost fee will be charged.



Rise Gymnastics Activation Packs are excluded from our 30 day returns policy. 



How to return your order

Returns are processed by James Cargo Fulfilment. Please visit the returns portal to notify us of the items you wish to return. Please put GB in front of your order number when entering your details in the return’s portal. Once all details captured, you can then generate your returns label.

The customer is responsible for returning the item to us, please make sure you take adequate steps to ensure the security of the contents during transit. We cannot refund your order if reasonable steps are not taken to ensure goods are received in their original condition.  



If you are returning an item to us for a refund, this will take 5-10 days to appear in your account from the day we receive the items back in our warehouse. Your refund will show in your account as coming from ORB X Gymnastics. We can only make refunds back to the original card or account used to purchase the goods. If you are returning an item given to you as a present, the refund will go to the person who placed the original order.

Goods will only be refunded if they are in ‘as new’ condition, unworn/unused and in original packaging with tags. Leotards must have the hygiene strip in place. Once your returns have been approved by our Returns team, we will then refund your order and the original shipping costs if the whole order was sent back.

Once an order has been placed and paid for by credit or debit card it cannot be altered. If your order status is still at ‘processing’ it can be cancelled and that order would then be refunded – and you can then reorder the correct items. You can cancel your order online or by emailing us at



Event tickets are non-refundable, so please take extra care when placing your order. Your tickets are e-Tickets so will be emailed over to you automatically when you complete and pay for your order.
