Gymshop Update:    The company that manages Lilleshall National Sports Centre where Gymshop is based, have informed us that there will be disruption to the network on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th December.  During this weekend you will not be able to place orders and we apologise for any disappointment this causes.

Returns Information


All Returns are subject to our Returns Policy below.   Please note that Event Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable so please take care when ordering.

We hope you are completely satisfied with everything you buy from the GymSHOP online shop.   However if, when you receive the goods, they are not exactly as you were expecting, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return them to us for a refund or exchange. Any Sale or Special Offer items must be returned within 7 days. After 14 days from delivery the items will be deemed as delivered and accepted and so we will be unable to exchange or refund them.

Items must be returned to us in an ‘as new’ condition, in the original packaging (clothing must have original tags) and please enclose your Returns Form stating the reason for return. If you do not have your original returns form, please click here to download a blank returns form – please complete it with your details and original order number.

If the item you would like as an exchange is more expensive than your original item, we will contact you to take payment for the balance. If it is less than the original item then we will refund the balance as part of the exchange process. Delivery will be charged on the exchange order.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning unsuitable items to us, and your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you order from us in December for a Christmas present, you have until 21st January to return these to us – again, in as new, unworn/unused condition and in original packaging.

Should you feel that the item you have purchased is Faulty within Warranty please contact us on 0345 129 7129 ext 2395 with details of the manufacturing fault and your original purchase order. We will then send you a returns label (UK Customers Only) to use to return the faulty item so it can be returned for inspection.

For Overseas Customers who believe an item is faulty within warranty, we refund up to a maximum of £15.00 for towards the cost of returning faulty items – and this will only be paid when the item is confirmed as faulty and if you have forwarded us proof of posting. Please ensure the Customs Documentation on the return parcel states ‘British Returned Goods’ or they will be held by UK Customs and import duty will be charged – and you will be responsible for paying this duty. Your goods will not be released from Customs unless the charges are paid – if you do not pay them they will return the goods to you.

All our clothing is covered by a 6-month warranty period against manufacturing faults – but not for general wear and tear. Gym equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty directly which will be detailed on your documentation.

Faulty items will be exchanged and only refunded if there is no stock available when we process your return. All items are subject to quality testing by our returns team.
